Nishant has been in practice since 2009 and leads the Indirect Tax practice at Shah Khandelwal Jain & Associates.
He has executed various assignments for GST impact analysis & advisory across industry verticals.
He has conducted audits of large listed companies as well as small and medium promoter driven businesses.
Nishant has worked on M&A and JV transactions of varied sizes, alongside assisting foreign companies to establish their businesses in India.
He also has experience of working on tax due diligence, VAT and Service Tax scrutiny, assessments and tax appellate matters across the business spectrum.
He also conducts career guidance and counselling sessions for students as a part of his duty of giving back to society.
